Weekender Baskets
The Weekender from H2O Labor Saver is a unique hanging plant container that allows you to save water, labor, and money! The 16″ hanging basket allows you to leave your plants for the weekend without worrying about wilting. The 1 gallon water reservoir nourishes the plant while you’re away and reduces the need for watering when you’re home. You only need to water established plants every 3 to 4 days in full sun, 5 to 7 days in shade. An overflow feature to prevent overwatering and the container includes a drain plug.
This basket lasts many seasons. Do not discard at the end of the season, simply rise off the pot and store the container for use next spring.

How to use
Fill the removable basket with soil, making sure wicks are in soil and reach to base of planter. Plant add slow release fertilizer and water Slowly from the top like a traditional Basket. Water will saturate the soil then fill the water reservoir. Firmly put the rubber plug in the bottom, to hold the water in the reservoir. If you lose the plug, a squishy ear plug will work.
You will know the reservoir is filled when the water comes out the overflow opening. While the plants establish root growth, water as needed. No need to worry about over watering thanks to the overflow protection. You can 'top water' or fill up the reservoir, when you top water, the excess fills up the base
Plants will get a healthy bottom watering all summer. Fertilize weekly for best results .
We always put slow release fertilizer in all our containers, and use liquid Nature Source every watering.
Easy to Use
Just add 1 tsp(indoor use) or 3 tsp (outdoor use) into 1 gallon (3.7 L) of water.
Feed plants every 7-14 days. Always make a fresh solution each time you feed.
